¸ñÀû: Several trials for sulcus vocalis treatment have been tried, but there is not yet proper treatment of choice. Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTP) LASER is one of the most remarkable methods. The safety of KTP LASER is verified in several studies, but there is no study about combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty. In this study, we retrospectively reviewed the outcome of voice and compared the result of KTP LASER alone and combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty. ¹æ¹ý:From June 2017 to June 2021, 32 patients with sulcus vocalis underwent surgery using KTP LASER alone or combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty. Preoperative and postoperative results were analysed. °á°ú:Of the 32 patients 22 patients got combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty, 10 patients got KTP LASER alone. 21 patients were male, 11 patients were female. 3 patients had unilateral lesion, 29 patients had bilateral lesions. After mean 60 days,
Voice handicap index score (VHI), GRBAS score, maximal photation time, jitter, shimmer, noise to harmonic ratio were improved respectively.
°á·Ð:Combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty is as safe and effective as KTP LASER alone. Some factors improved much more in combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty. But more study is needed to tell whether combination of KTP LASER and injection laryngoplasty is better than KTP LASER alone. |
